Acceptable Use Policy

What you may not do with TixBloom, how we enforce this policy and how to report abuse.

Version 2.0 · Effective 16 October 2026 · TixBloom

1. Prohibited content and events

1.1 You may not use the Platform to promote, sell or host anything that: is unlawful in Singapore or in the place where the event is held or the buyer is located; infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights; is fraudulent, deceptive or misleading, including fake, duplicate or unauthorised events, ticket speculation or resale contrary to an organiser's terms; promotes violence, terrorism, hatred or discrimination on grounds such as race, religion, nationality, sex, sexual orientation, disability or age; is sexually explicit or exploits minors; involves gambling, lotteries or prize competitions without the required licences; involves firearms, weapons, controlled drugs or other regulated goods without lawful authority; or is otherwise prohibited by your payment provider.

1.2 Events must have a genuine organiser who is identifiable and contactable, and listings must accurately describe the event, the venue, the dates and what the buyer receives.

2. Prohibited conduct

2.1 You may not: access or attempt to access data, accounts or workspaces that do not belong to you, including another organisation's, exhibitor's or attendee's data; probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Platform or circumvent any security or access control without our prior written authorisation; interfere with or disrupt the Platform, its networks or other users, including by denial-of-service, flooding, scraping or excessive automated requests; reverse engineer, decompile or copy the Platform; use the Platform to send unsolicited messages, or to send marketing without the consent, Do Not Call and unsubscribe compliance the law requires; harvest or scrape attendee, exhibitor or organiser data; create, share, copy or alter ticket codes, badges or credentials, or present a code that is not yours; interfere with door verification, badge printing, kiosks or usage recording, or otherwise try to avoid, reduce or falsify usage billing; upload malware or malicious code; misrepresent your identity or affiliation; or use the Platform in breach of sanctions, export control or anti-bribery law.

2.2 Developers using the API, webhooks, embeds, the MCP server or the printing bridge must respect rate limits, keep credentials secret, use data only for their own organisation and follow the developer documentation.

2.3 Exhibitors must use lead data only as the attendee agreed and must not sell, rent or share it.

2.4 Organisers must not use holds, kills, price levels or capacity settings in a way that misleads buyers about availability or price.

3. Security research

3.1 We welcome responsible disclosure. If you find a vulnerability, report it to billing@tixbloom.com with enough detail to reproduce it, do not access or modify more data than necessary to demonstrate it, do not disrupt the service, and give us a reasonable time to fix it before any publication. Research that follows these rules in good faith will not be treated as a breach of this policy, and we will not pursue legal action against it.

4. Enforcement

4.1 We may investigate suspected breaches, including by reviewing content, logs and audit trails. We may remove content, hide an event from discovery, unpublish an event, suspend or close an account or organisation, withhold exports or API access, revoke credentials, report to payment providers or authorities, and take legal action. We will act proportionately and, where practicable, contact the account holder first. Door entry for attendees of an event that is already under way is not interrupted.

4.2 We are not obliged to monitor content, and a decision not to act in one case does not waive our right to act in another.

5. Reporting

5.1 To report abuse, fraud, a suspicious event or a breach of this policy, email billing@tixbloom.com with the event or page address and a description. We acknowledge reports within two business days.
